NatureScreen starts with Galfan® coated wire, the best hot-dipped galvanized coating available for serious long-term protection from the elements. Galfan coatings use a 95% zinc, 5% aluminum coating, creating a smooth finish without any of the slag of traditional galvanized coating processes. We then send the mesh through a prep and wash system before applying a 4000 Series powder coat finish.
