RESULTSThe design team did not overcompensate HVAC system size to hit performance goals, cutting HVAC costs in half and saving upfront capital. This helped qualified the project for rebates delivering a 150% return on investment. The impact of this air sealing technology has made AeroBarrier a standard on every Wasatch Group project.
