Use: JM Coating Universal Base is a high-performance, waterborne epoxy formulated for use with JM Coatings. This product is used as a base coat to create a smooth, fullyadhered substrate and helps to prevent bleed through over asphalt substrates. Use of JM Coating Universal Base improves long-term performance and durability.
Type: One-part acrylic elastomeric base coating.
