TropiCrete FlexiCon Waterproof Coating is a flexible, breathable, decorative and protective coating engineered to waterproof all types of above or on-grade concrete and masonry. This may include foundations, block walls, window and door openings, balconies, parapets and vertical or horizontal concrete substrates. It can be used as a finish coat or top-coated with acrylic floor coatings for improved durability and washability.
