Stone Edge Surfaces CPR-Concrete Patch and Repair is a just add water, high-performance, multi-use, 15 to 30-minute set time, 10,000 psi, no-shrink, non-cracking, easy to use concrete patch and repair material used for general and structural vertical concrete repair from ¼" to 6" thick.

CPR is a polymerized Hydraulic & Portland cement based concrete patching mix that can be shaped and formed on curbs and stairs or troweled vertically or overhead. CPR has superior bonding strength, does NOT require a primer before application, just wet the surfaces, and CPR does not require “water curing" after application.

Pro Bond Ultra does NOT require Primer, can be pumped or mixed a bucket at a time, is over 5,000 psi, and can take a variety of textured surfaces from broom finish to light texture. Pro Bond Ultra can also be troweled and applied thicker to create slope up to 6+" without added sand, down to ¼" or even feather thin in some applications. Pro Bond Ultra bonds easily to almost any substrate including concrete, plaster, drywall, Styrofoam, brick, block, tile and more.

Pro Bond Ultra can be used:

STONE EDGE SURFACES HAIRLINE CRACK FILL,  is an easy to use hairline crack filling compound that can be used on concrete, concrete overlays, stone veneer and decorative concrete. In decorative concrete, Hairline Crack Fill can also be used as a topical coloring agent to enhance or accent the topical colors and add a mottled more realistic look.

Hairline Crack Fill is a just add water, no primer required, heavily polymerized concrete hairline crack fill. Hairline Crack Fill is used to fill, fix, patch and repair hairline surface cracks and crazing cracks that may appear as the concrete, concrete overlay, or Stone Veneer dries, settles, or due to concrete movement over time.

COLORING: Hairline Crack Fill can be integrally colored (mix the water with the color first, then add to the mix. Topically Colored or stained as you would any other concrete surface.

Hairline Crack Fill comes in Gray (Part # FXC610) or White (Part Number FXC620) in a 10 LB Pail.

Stone Edge Surfaces SwiftSet Self-Leveler is a NON-Gypsum fast setting, pre-sanded, single component just add water, polymer enhanced, hydraulic cement and proprietary additive self-leveling underlayment or base coat mix used to create a smooth flat and level surfaces for the installation of various flooring types.

SwiftSet Self Leveler creates a strong physical & chemical bond to a concrete substrate with the use of Stone Edge Surfaces Primer 100 (cut 50/50 with water), with the SwiftSet applied while Primer is still fresh, and you can achieve a deeper fill by adding aggregate.

SwiftSet Self-Leveler is for indoor or outdoor use, is ASTM E84 fire rated and dries to over 7,000 psi.

APPLICATION: SwiftSet Self-Leveler can be Poured or Pumped onto a stable substrate. Due to applied mix's surface tension, you may need to push, screed, porcupine roll the applied mix to keep it flowing until it reaches all barriers.

Stone Edge Surfaces Level Slope™ is a flat roof ponding water and low spot filler as well as a roof sloping compound to increase positive slope, create crickets, and more.

Level Slope is a heavily polymerized, fiber rich, polymeric concrete that does not require any primer to physically and chemically bond to existing roofing material.

Level Slope DOES NOT require any aggregate for strength and is 5,000+ PSI without added aggregate. If desired, or your spec calls for it, aggregate can be added into the mix to rejection, but it is not necessary to achieve full PSI. You will add covering roof stone for aesthetics to match existing roof stone if your job requires it.

Level Slope can be mixed thin for pouring and semi-self-leveling low spots or it can be mixed thicker and troweled to create slope as deep as 4+" thick down to feather thin.

Level Slope can also have roofing membrane applied over it for waterproofing and has been certified for Hot Mop adhesion.

Level Slope is for commercial or residential use and comes in 50 lb bags.

The Stone Edge Surfaces SwiftSet Multi-Family Commercial Flooring System is comprised of a Base Coat layer of a Sound Mat material, and then a 1″ – 1.5″ layer of Stone Edge Surfaces 7,000 PSI SwiftSet Self-Leveler which requires a primer coat using Stone Edge Surfaces Primer 100.

Stone Edge Surfaces SwiftSet Self-Leveler has been tested for adhesion and strength when used with Stone Edge Surfaces Primer 100. SwiftSet has been “independently" pump tested and certified by ChemCoat against all major competitors as a 9 out of 10 for ease of use, pumpability and pumping distance of 300 feet, and SwiftSet has been pump tested and certified by Strong Manufacturing.

SwiftSet Self-Leveler has been ASTM E84 Fire and Smoke tested and certified with a Class A rating. 

Stone Edge Surfaces SwiftSet Self-Leveler is a fast setting (2-4 hours), walkable in (4- 6 hours), “pre-sanded", single component, just add water, polymer enhanced, non-gypsum, Portland cement and proprietary additive self-leveling underlayment.

SwiftSet creates a smooth flat and level surfaces for the installation of various flooring types.

• When used together with a sound mat base material, which is designed with rigid vibration isolation technology, SwiftSet and the Sound Mat can deliver durability and enhanced acoustic performance in the most challenging of projects.

• Sound Mat material is loose laid over the subfloor and then covered with a uniform thickness of SwiftSet Self-Leveling Concrete Underlayment. No mechanical fastening is required, and the total thickness profile of the system can be as thin as 1" (25.4mm).

Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Bond Ultra Cover Board is for commercial low slope or flat roof roofing systems. Pro Bond Cover Board is primerless, has 100% adhesion to the LWIC, Styrofoam or other roofing materials. Pro Bond Ultra Cover Board does not require any adhesives, and does not require mortar to fill the spaces between cover boards, voids around obstacles or the roof edges.

Pro Bond Ultra Cover Board is a monolithic, seamless, and pumpable single layer application which eliminates the typical multi-step 4x8' cover board sheet application method.

Pro Bond Ultra Cover Board has been tested, certified and approved by multiple LWIC (foamcrete) manufacturers for adhesion to their materials, and by multiple hot mop and membrane manufacturers for their adhesion to Pro Bond Ultra, and can withstand the full heat of hot mop material application.

Stone Edge Surfaces MicroTop Mix is a super-fine, “no" sand, heavy polymer, cement and proprietary additive, just add water concrete overlay microtopping mix with two main applications.

MicroTop Mix    is applied as a micro-thin concrete resurfacer over almost any concrete, concrete overlay, or stone veneer surface.

MicroTop is designed to go on micro-thin and “mimic the texture of the already stamped or textured concrete or concrete overlay surface and bring the color back to gray or white so the project or item can be recolored. or to just resurface the driveway, patio or walkway and bring it back to a nice concrete gray or white.

MicroTop can also be mixed a little thicker and used as a base or slurry coat for overlays and stenciling as well as tape down applications.

MicroTop Mix is used as a top coat overlay from feather thin to 1/8" deep for a smooth beautiful finish. With all of its varied uses, MicroTop could be the finest microtopping on the market.

Stone Edge Surfaces Smooth Coat Mix  is a just add water, Portland cement, very fine aggregate, proprietary additive, and heavy polymer enhanced concrete overlay mix that does not require a primer and allows 30 minute to 2-hours of working time for troweling, pumping, magic troweling or spraying.

Smooth Coat Mix    is used in commercial or residential interior or exterior applications to achieve a Smooth (slurry) base or top coat and as a texture coat, broom finish, knockdown, skip trowel or other texture look.

Stone Edge Surfaces Liquid  Colors are a blend of natural iron oxide pigments and water  hat come in 16 beautiful colors, packaged in 32 OZ bottles.

Liquid Colors are mixed with Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Seal (shown in picture above) and Pro Seal Supreme. These water based sealers are the rheological agent needed to carry the natural pigments deep into the concrete to give a lasting beautiful rich color.

Liquid Colors are most commonly used for topical coloring applications but can also be added into Accent Enhancer for crack fill  applications, and can be used in place of Stone Edge Surfaces ColorPax to tint any of the Stone Edge Surfaces Overlay Mixes to achieve a uniform color throughout the mix.

ColorPax have been color matched specifically to mix at a 1:1 ratio (1 – 1 LB ColorPax bag with 1 – 50 LB Bag of Stone Edge Surfaces WHITE Stamp, Wall, Smooth Coat, Pro Bond Ultra, and MicroTop overlay mix) to provide consistent integral color throughout each bag. 

ColorPax come in cases of 12 individually packaged 1 LB bags..

Stone Edge Surfaces Integral Colors are all natural pigments that deliver exceptional lasting color to your concrete. Stone Edge Surfaces Integral Colors are designed specifically for Ready-Mix Truck Pour concrete batches that are delivered in measurements of “Cubic Yards". Each Bucket of Integral Color has been scientifically formulated and balanced to bring consistent color when using “5 Sack Yards" of ready mix concrete. If you are using 5.5 or other “sack per cubic yard" blends, please let us know so we can calculate the exact number of Integral Color buckets per yard needed for your job.

With Integral Colors, to achieve specific shades of color, a color recipe may require 1 or more Integral Color buckets per cubic yard.

For example: To achieve Everett Gray, you need 1 Bucket of Everett Gray per Cubic Yard. To achieve Charcoal Gray, you need 2 Buckets of Everett Gray per Cubic Yard, and to achieve Satin Gray, you need 1 bucket of Everett Gray per 2 (two) cubic yards. Pro Seal BASE is most commonly used as part of a coloring system when combined with Stone Edge Surfaces Liquid Colors in a 1:10 ratio (1 part Liquid Color to 10 parts Pro Seal) with Pro Seal being the reactive agent that draws the natural pigments into the concrete for long lasting coloration. Pro Seal BASE can also be used with other natural pigment coloring systems in much the same way as described above. Pro Seal comes in a 5-gallon bucket.

Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Seal 2500 is a High Gloss, 25% solids, Pure Acrylic Solvent Based concrete sealer with excellent penetration and adhesion qualities when used on clean and unsealed new or existing concrete. Pro Seal 2500 is UV stable, non-yellowing, and is a very tough 100% pure acrylic sealer that will give your jobs a beautiful wet look that makes the colors “pop" and dry just a little darker and richer than our Pro Seal 2000.

Pro Seal 2500 is a true sealer but has the features and characteristics of a cure-and-seal. Concrete should be completely dry 48 to 72 hours for thin overlays and up to 28 days for ready-mix concrete, but with its enhanced features, you can apply Pro Seal 2500 earlier and it will act like a cure-and-seal and allow some breathing and outgassing. Pro Seal 2500 is clear in color and is 700 VOC so make sure you can use it in your state. Pro Seal 2500 comes in a 5-gallon bucket.

Our Anti-Slip Sand is a natural aggregate (green product) pulled from our own quarries, screened to a 50/70 mesh, then cleaned, dried and packaged in our own factories to insure quality and consistency.

Why Sand vs Other Anti-Slip Products. We own our quarry, so Stone Edge Surfaces Anti-Slip Sand is a consistent color and quality. Sand adds a very tough slip resistance & texture profile to a surface. Sand works well with high performance 2-part floor coatings.

Sand does not change physical properties of the coating. Sand can be well bonded into the body of the coating.

Stone Edge Surfaces Deck Resin is a water-based, high strength yet pliable, general purpose latex binder styrenebutadiene emulsion polymer of medium to high stiffness.

Deck Resin is a mid barrier waterproofing layer in the Stone Edge Surfaces Deck & Balcony Waterproofing System, and can also be used in showers and other areas to create a waterproofing layer over the walls and floors before applying the overlay materials. Deck Resin, when combined with fiberglass mat adds strength and body, by saturating and soaking through to adhere to the substrate. When dry, it forms a flexible, tough waterproofing layer that becomes the substrate for the next layer in the waterproofing system, overlay or tile.

Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Release agent is a bubblegum scented colorless liquid release agent specially formulated as a bond-breaker between freshly poured concrete overlay and concrete stamps, texture skins and stencils.

Pro Release also creates a lubricating barrier that extends the life of the texturing tools by
decreasing the friction between the concrete and the tools.

Pro Release evaporates completely leaving no residue behind, making clean up easier, and perfect for exterior and interior applications.

Pro Bond Ultra does NOT require Primer, can be pumped or mixed a bucket at a time, is over 5,000 psi, and can take a variety of textured surfaces from broom finish to light texture. Cell-Crete Corporation is a large commercial contractor licensed in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and parts of Texas. Cell-Crete needed a quick solution for a multi-family project in downtown Phoenix, AZ where a step had been installed instead of a handicap ramp at the main floor pedestrian exit of the multi-story parking garage. The ramp needed to be sloped from 6” down to 1/8”, and as the parking garage was complete, they needed a concrete overlay sloping compound as there was no easy access or time for a ready-mix solution.

Cell-Crete was already on site using Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Bond Ultra on the parking garage roof, and were able to quickly take some of their stock of Pro Bond Ultra, which comes in 50# bags, and use it to create the handicap ramp and add a simple broom finish to the surface. They chose Pro Bond Ultra because it doesn’t require a primer, is a just- add-water mix, has high PSI, has extreme bonding capabilities to existing concrete surfaces, and can take a texture finis

Sun Valley Construction is a multi-state commercial contractor specializing in foundations, slab on grade, structural, cast in place and tilt panel concrete construction. Sun Valley was working on a tilt up warehouse project in Mesa, Arizona and had product failures when trying to rebuild and repair the custom finish texture pieces on the exterior of the building.

The building has a faux wood plank look, and the end and corner pieces needed to be added and/or repaired, but also needed to be stamped with a wood plank pattern to match the rest of the building. Sun Valley used several products that kept delaminating from the wall when they stamped it…until they found and used Stone Edge Surfaces CPR-Concrete Patch and Repair fast setting concrete repair material. CPR, when mixed thick or allowed to sit for a few minutes can be formed and troweled like clay, and then will set within 15 minutes with full structural hardness in 30 minutes without getting hot or needing to be wetted to keep it from cracking. CPR can also be stamped with a texture stamp without delaminating.
