Cell-Crete Corporation

Cell-Crete Corporation is a large commercial contractor licensed in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and parts of Texas. Cell-Crete needed a quick solution for a multi-family project in downtown Phoenix, AZ where a step had been installed instead of a handicap ramp at the main floor pedestrian exit of the multi-story parking garage. The ramp needed to be sloped from 6” down to 1/8”, and as the parking garage was complete, they needed a concrete overlay sloping compound as there was no easy access or time for a ready-mix solution.

Cell-Crete was already on site using Stone Edge Surfaces Pro Bond Ultra on the parking garage roof, and were able to quickly take some of their stock of Pro Bond Ultra, which comes in 50# bags, and use it to create the handicap ramp and add a simple broom finish to the surface. They chose Pro Bond Ultra because it doesn’t require a primer, is a just- add-water mix, has high PSI, has extreme bonding capabilities to existing concrete surfaces, and can take a texture finis
