Latex Surface Conditioner - AquaSeal: Series 3690, 3692

Aquaseal Latex Surface Conditioner is a high performance chalk sealer and bonding coat for use on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces to include new and previously coated masonry and stucco; as well as, previously painted wood, metal surfaces, PVC pipe and even glass to ensure proper adhesion of the topcoat.

This high quality acrylic formulation is designed to penetrate the substrate, bond loose particulates, provide a barrier against alkali migration, and prepare the surface for optimum adhesion of the finish coat.
