Kay Park's Jiffy Mover "crank-up" unit is fast and easy to use for just one person. Special care has gone into the Jiffy design to reduce the tongue weight for easier maneuvering by hand if needed. Primarily designed for transporting 5, 8, and 10 row, 15 feet, 21 feet, and 27 feet long bleachers.
