MCA's Improved "S" tile has been used throughout the world in areas subject to occasional high-wind conditions, such as Guam and the Caribbean. This tile is available in various glazed colors that will not wear out or fade in severe weather conditions and high humidity.
A 50-Year Limited Warranty is available on all MCA tiles.
Improved "S" is a Grade 1 (ASTM C 1167) and Class A (ASTM E108) product. The tiles have the following approvals: Florida Building Code (FL22539.5), IAPMO ES Report #0356 (covers The City of Los Angeles and is in lieu of ICC-ES), TDI Evaluation ID RC-21, and Miami-Dade County (NOA No. 19-1021.28)
