The Superior Wood Hybrid Choice
To produce the profiles for cladding and soffits, we use our patented process of co-extrusion, whereby an aluminum core section is fabricated with an outer covering, or skin, of composite wood. This hybrid technology, invented in Japan in the 1990s, exhibits the strength, stability and versatility of aluminum with the warmth and aesthetic of natural wood. Geolam offers the same warmth and natural grain of wood, with more durability and none of the maintenance. Not only does Geolam cladding provide the aesthetic of wood, a popular design choice for building exteriors, it is easy to install, lightweight and better for the environment, too.
ASTM E-84 Class A Certified

Suitable for all-weather constructions, even though untreated
Geolam cladding needs no treatment, and is the ideal alternative to wood. Unlike wood, Geolam does not fade or turn gray. Neither does it allow for the growth or mold or mildew.
No warping
Geolam does not splinter, warp or crack. The boards have perfectly true edges.
Low maintenance
Geolam can be cleaned with soapy water or simply with a high pressure hose. Unlike traditional wood, its surface remains consistent, and does not shed fibers or splinters enhancing product longevity.
Easy installation
Installing Geolam is a fast and easy task and does not require any special equipment. Sawing, drilling, screwing and aligning: all these operations can be easily accomplished with standard tools
