Centene Plaza Clayton, Missouri

Centene Plaza stands 17 stories high, spans 485,000 square feet of office and retail space, and includes a 972-space parking garage and public plaza. It features a unique colored glass walkway between the parking garage and tower. Centene Plaza is the region's first and only multi-tenant office that is LEED® Gold certified--featuring a 21,000 squarefoot green roof, low-E glazing for heat gain reduction, and access to two light rail stops. It is also the first Class A office building to be built in Clayton, Missouri, in just short of a decade.

Hager Companies provided 3800 Series mortise locks, 4500 Series exit devices, 5100 Series door closers, full mortise hinges, kickplates, wall and floor stops, flush bolts, coordinators, push and pull plates, sliding door hardware, and threshold and weatherstripping products.
