East End Glendale Studios, nestled just northeast of Los Angeles, introduces a contemporary touch to the storied world of film production. The use of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction enhances both the building’s acoustic properties and its sustainability by minimizing material waste. This newly developed 96,034-square-foot lot replaces outdated facilities with a modern complex that caters to the needs of today’s filmmakers.
