Quick-Fit® clamp-together ducting known as “The World's Fastest Ducting", saves time and money on installation and cleanout. Quick-Fit has been installed in dust collection & ventilation applications in manufacturing facilities around the world for over four decades. Quick-Fit is ideal for facilities which are likely to change or expand because duct components can be easily disassembled and re-used, eliminating waste and avoiding the cost of new ductwork.
Nordfab manufactures duct in a variety of sizes, a range of duct material thicknesses (gauges) to suit your application, and in galvanized or stainless steel construction.
Quick-Fit® clamp-together ducting is manufactured in diameters from 3" to 24". Nordfab ducting is available in diameters up to 72" with flanged ends. For larger diameters and difficult applications, such as conveyance of abrasive materials, Nordfab offers ducting in a variety of gauges and / or with flanged connections. Nordfab duct has been third party tested to verify the duct's structural integrity.
Nordfab recently expanded in order to stock our most commonly used ductwork. Our Nordfab Now® program allows us to ship these items the day after order placement. We have the capacity to handle very large manufacturing projects and have provided ducting for locations of all sizes, including giga plants.

Quick-Fit® Clamp Together Ducting
QF® Duct Pipe has a laser welded seam and Quick-Fit (QF) rolled ends for use with QF clamps, allowing quick assembly / disassembly and relocation.
When needed, QF Duct Pipe is available in heavier gauges: 18, 16, 14 and 12 gauge galvanized steel or 18 and 16 gauge stainless steel.
Nordfab Duct Pipe is also available with flanged ends in diameters as large as 72".

QFS Sealed Ducting - Special Applications
Nordfab's QFS system consists of three parts: Caulking, Gaskets and O-ringsA sealed duct system is largely dependent on the skill and care of the installer, so Nordfab cannot guarantee a 100% leak free system. However, if users consult the technical data (to ensure that our gasket and sealing materials will stand up to the materials being conveyed) and take care in the installation process, this system has proven that it can be ‘Leak Free'.
Extracts oil to minimize amount of oil flowing through entire system.

Ductwork Installation Design Tools - NordCAD™ and Quick-Fit Visual®
Nordfab Ducting Americas offers two software tools, NordCAD™ and 3D Warehouse for SketchUp, to make it easier to create layouts of ducting for an installation. For specifiers who use MasterSpec®, Nordfab's specification is easily available.
NordCAD™ is our CAD-based tool to assist with designing Nordfab ductwork installations. NordCAD allows a CAD user to place 2D illustrations of Nordfab QF Ducting and Flanged Ducting components into a CAD drawing.
Nordfab 3D WarehouseThe Nordfab 3D Warehouse contains over 1800 Nordfab parts for use in Trimble SketchUp. Nordfab 3D Warehouse allows SketchUp users to place illustrations of Nordfab Quick-Fit® duct components into a SketchUp drawing.
Nordfab America's array of tools for designing ductwork installations now includes an online 3D drawing tool, Quick-Fit Visual® (QFV®). The new tool can be used to create 3D designs to help facility owners visualize Nordfab® dust collection duct systems as these would appear once installed.

Quick-Fit® In-line Spark Trap
Installed in ducting as part of a dust collection system, the Nordfab Quick-Fit® In-line Spark Trap 2.0 greatly reduces the possibility of fire in cyclones / collectors by decreasing the number of sparks which could reach the cyclone or collector through the ductwork.
No moving parts and no power required for operation.
Minimal pressure loss
Can quickly and easily be mounted into Quick-Fit ducting systems, or other duct systems with use of a Nordfab adapter, and the trap can easily be removed for cleanout.
For flanged applications, order our Spark Trap AFL Assembly which includes a Spark Trap and two Angle Flange Adapters.
Calibration or other assistance from a factory technician is not required.
