Single Wythe CMU Flashing
Flashing Solution for Single Wythe Concrete Masonry Unit Walls
A continuous drainage system with stainless steel drip edge. The only system that can be installed post-construction.
The BlockNet CMU single wythe flashing solution reliably protects CMU walls from water infiltration damage by enabling moisture to easily drain from the block cell interiors to the building exterior.
Water in the block cells flows down the inside of the face of the cells through the BlockNet vertical mesh component and onto the horizontal stainless steel drainage section, which channels water out of the wall through the integrated horizontal drainage mesh element and drainage tabs.
The Complete Flashing Solution for Single Wythe Concrete Masonry Unit Walls
BlockFlash is a complete, embeddable flashing solution for managing moisture in exterior single wythe CMU walls. It uses patented flashing pans to collect moisture in the wall and channel it to the exterior through integrated weep spouts. Its included drainage mesh provides hundreds of clear pathways for water to flow around mortar droppings inside the block cells so it can be collected by the pans.
