TPO Primers & Sealants
A primer designed for use with EverGuard® TPO membrane and EverGuard® Freedom™ self-adhered TPO products. Low VOC (<240 g/L) compliant primer for preparing metal and membrane for application of cover tape, and preparing membrane and pourable sealer pockets to apply EverGuard®One-Part Pourable Sealant.
EverGuard® TPO Primer is designed for use with EverGuard® TPO membranes and EverGuard® self-adhered TPO products.
A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems. Since moisture-cure sealants cure with moisture in the air, it is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as in dry. EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. It is self-leveling, leaving a smooth, professional finished look with good color stability. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.
EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, has a 20-minute skin-over time, and is paintable within 24 hours. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants. No special tools or mixing is required and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C).
Designed to seal the edges of the non-factory edges (cut edges) of the TPO membrane as a final step to reinforce membrane installation and inhibit water from traveling through the center scrim area.
A one-part, butyl-based high-viscosity sealant, suitable for sealing between flashing membrane and substrate surfaces, behind exposed termination bars, and between roofing membrane and drain flanges.
A white solvent-based synthetic elastomeric sealant. FlexSeal™ Caulk Grade Sealant is an extremely flexible, durable, and UV resistant sealant. It will not chalk, crack, or peel and is ideal for termination bar, railing, step flashings, or edge metal.

TPO Accessories
The 6" x 100' 45-mil reinforced TPO membrane with pressure-sensitive adhesive is installed on horizontal surfaces, using plates and fasteners as a base attachment in fully adhered and EverGuard® Freedom™ RapidSeam™ systems.

GAF EverGuard® TPO 6" Cover Tape is a 6"-wide, non-reinforced TPO membrane backed with a butyl tape adhesive for use in stripping-in primed galvanized edge metal and to install RapidSeam™ end laps.
Made up of 30-mil unreinforced TPO and used to provide a warning to take caution around potential roof hazards. Easy to install, built to last for years, and requires little maintenance.
The EverGuard® TPO Walkway Roll is designed to protect the membrane in areas exposed to rooftop traffic for maintenance access or other uses, including HVAC, roof hatches, access doors, etc. The EverGuard® TPO Walkway Roll is required on a GAF-warranted roofing system.
In addition to a standard Gray TPO Walkway Roll, GAF has recently introduced Yellow Walkway Rolls to the market. These “safety" Yellow Walkway Rolls are great for sensitive areas of a roof such as perimeters, around skylights, or in areas of low clearance.

OlyBond500® Equipment-Free Canister System is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive designed to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates in both new and re-roof applications, including jobs that require multiple insulation layers. The canisters have all of the same Factory Mutual approval ratings* as our other OlyBond500® options, and can be used for securing both insulation and fleece-back membranes.
Drill-Tec™ XHD® #15 Fasteners have an over-sized heavy shank and thread diameters for enhanced pull-out resistance in steel and aluminum roof decks to secure insulation and single-ply membrane to steel, O.S.B., or aluminum roof decks.
Drill-Tec™ SXHD Fasteners (#21) have over-sized heavy shank and thread diameters for enhanced pull-out resistance in light-gauge metal roof decks to secure single-ply membrane to 22 gauge or higher metal decks.

StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet's woven fabric creates a tough, durable reinforcement and its polypropylene coating makes it suitable for many applications.
StormSafe™ Anchor Sheet is alkaline resistant, making it suitable for use over lightweight insulating concrete systems. The tough woven fabric makes it extremely tear resistant. In addition, the polypropylene coating ensures a good bond with both the butyl-adhesive of Freedom™ membranes and the SBS modified adhesive of LIBERTY™ SA Base/Ply and LIBERTY™ Cap membranes.

PVC Primers & Sealants
A one-part, moisture-cure, self-leveling sealant designed for use in pitch pans on single-ply roof systems. Since moisture-cure sealants cure with moisture in the air, it is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as in dry. EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is solvent free (less than 25 g/L VOC), contains no isocyanates, and because it is 100% solids, will not shrink upon curing. It is self-leveling, leaving a smooth, professional finished look with good color stability. It does not “outgas" or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.
EverGuard® One-Part Pourable Sealant is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, has a 20-minute skin-over time, and is paintable within 24 hours. It has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants. No special tools or mixing is required and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30°F (-1°C).

M-Thane™ One-Part Pourable Sealant is a moisture cure, self-leveling sealant that is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as dry climates.
