FabriTRAK established itself early on by creating a framework, known as 'trak', that is manufactured from a unique blend of polymers and fire-retardant additives tested to virtually no VOC emissions.

The FabriTRAK System incorporates over 50 profiles of wall and ceiling trak, infill and fabric, and is designed to reduce Hertz levels (noise), enhance speech clarity and privacy, and provide an excellent articulation index, all while allowing designers total creativity in an interior space.

All FabriTRAK Systems are constructed and installed on site by professional installers, ensuring precise panel alignment and an exact fit.

FabriTRAK is never pre-fabricated and design changes may be made at the time of installation - creating a completely customized sound solution.

As architects and designers move to LEED v4 and sustainable interior design environments, we saw the need to develop an acoustic system that matched in quality and durability as our traditional system.

GeoTRAK is made up of PVC-free trak, environmentally-friendly infill and fabric.
GeoTRAK wall and ceiling trak profiles offers the same strength, fit and ease of installation as our original FabriTRAK profiles, while meeting LEED v4 requirements and are all DECLARE certified.

As part of the GeoTRAK® System, we offer TerraCORE® Poly - a DECLARE certified infill that is made up 80% post consumer recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. On top of the infill, there are a dozen fabric choices that combine textures, ultra-wide widths and custom dyeing capabilities, creating a total 'green' acoustic system.

FabriTRAK frameworks, known generally as “trak" are manufactured from a unique blend of polymers and fire-retardant additives free of volatile organic compounds. FabriTRAK is an exceptional fire-retardant rigid vinyl framework that provides a method for using fabric as an interior architectural finish for walls and ceilings.

FabriTRAK is available in square, round and bevel edges in nearly 50 profiles for walls and ceilings in both natural and black. FabriTRAK wall profiles range in size from 3/8" (10 mm) to 2" (50 mm). FabriTRAK®ceiling profiles are 1 3/8" (35 mm).

GeoTRAK is used when there is a need for a PVC-free interior, a LEED v4 project or any interior that requires DECLARE certified products.

GeoTRAK is available in black profiles and is 100% recyclable, Class A fire rated and tested to virtually no VOC emissions.

GeoTRAK profiles include 7 wall profiles and 2 ceiling profiles, with the line expanding.

GeoTRAK may be used with TerraCORE® Poly infill and FabriSPAN® fabrics.

TerraCORE Poly is an acoustic product manufactured with a special blend of very low denier polyester fibers which enhance acoustical performance. It is available in both standard and high densities, white and black colors and standard 1" thickness with other sizes available.

TerraCORE Poly is proudly 'green'.

TerraCORE Poly is manufactured without the use of water and 100% recyclable. The product contains over 80% post-consumer recycled material and does not use any added chemicals or binders.

TerraCORE Poly is VOC free and a safe, non-irritant, non-toxic and non-allergenic product.

FabriTACK construction includes a 1/8" skin available in 14, 16 and 18 pcf densities bounded to a 6 pcf fiberglass core (yellow), with the option for a white or black surface.

FabriTACK is the premier high-impact, tackable product that is acoustically tested to C423/E795.

FabriTACK is available in 1/2" to 2" thicknesses and passes ASTM E84 Class A fire tests.

FabriBLOK is a vinyl material used as a noise isolation barrier with a high STC (sound transmission coefficient) value.

FabriBLOK existing interior spaces where sound transfer is an annoyance.

FabriBLOK maintains privacy where it matters: conference rooms, security rooms, command centers, theaters, recording studios, meeting pods, and more.

FabriSPAN® offers a selection of fabrics designed to work with wall and ceiling trak profiles and infill to create the best sound solution for any interior space.

FabriSPAN® wide width (10') and ultra-wide width (16') eliminate distracting horizontal seams on interior walls and ceilings.

FabriSPAN® fabrics have passed through rigorous fire and acoustic testing. Our fabrics included in the FabriTRAK® or GeoTRAK® System (trak, infill, fabric) achieve high NRC values of .85.

FabriPRINT™ is a unique product that combines acoustic performance and artistic imagery, transforming a wall or ceiling into a work of art. Our fabrics can be custom dyed at 10' - allowing the designer complete creativity; interior spaces embellished with custom art, logos or patterns are all available with FabriPRINT™.

FabriART™ enables interior designers the ability to add art, photography, graffiti or logos to a wide range of fabrics that when installed with the trak and infill create a sound interior environment.

FabriPATTERN™ is used when designers are looking to create an interior space where consistency is key, either with the repetition of a logo, or an image of bricks, wood panels, stones, and more on a fabric covered wall or ceiling.

FabriFELT™ by FabriTRAK Systems Inc. is an eco-friendly material that is DECLARE certified and suitable for LEED v4 projects. FabriFELT™ is 100% pure wool felt and is available in 23 standard heathered and solid colors. The felt is 100% recyclable and made without the use of chemicals.
