Protectosil® BHN is a clear, penetrating, breathable VOC-compliant surface treatment for use on concrete. The unique 100% silane treatment (no solvent) penetrates the substrate and chemically bonds with silica to form a permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. Creates a deep hydrophobic layer that prevents water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate and causing premature deterioration. By combining low surface tension with a tailored rate of reaction, Protectosil BHN is able to move through the moisture boundary layer that lines the pore structure of the substrate. This permits the development of uniform gradient permeation — a consistent level of protection throughout the entire depth of penetration — allowing for longer treatment life, especially on wearing surfaces.

Protectosil® CHEM-TRETE® PB 100 is especially suited for making porous substrates such as split-face block water repellent. This water repellent effect stands up against wind-driven rain.

Protectosil® AQUA-TRETE® 340 is a clear, breathable, penetrating, aqueous water no repellent intended for use on concrete, brick, and masonry. This product reduces and prevents the ingress of water and waterborne contaminants by chemically bonding with silica within a substrate. This permanently bonds the water repellent to the surface, preventing water and waterborne contaminants from entering the surface.

The addition of a migrating corrosion inhibitor allows the Protectosil® 300C to be used to reduce corrosion in steel reinforced concrete. The inhibitor migrates to reach the steel and form protective layer to reduce active corrosion sites.

Protectosil® ANTIGRAFFITI protects surfaces to allow easy removal of a wide variety of graffiti, including spray paint, permanent marker, ink, bituminous paints, asphalt sealers, and other solvent or waterborne paints. Because of Protectosil® ANTIGRAFFITI's superior performance, standard non hazardous cleaners and low-pressure water blasting are sufficient removal methods for most graffiti.

This product is a clear, breathable, zero-VOC treatment for concrete, brick, concrete masonry units, tiles, EFIS, pavers, natural stone, paint and other building materials. Protectosil® AQUA-TRETE® SG is a multifunctional system that provides superior water and stain resistance and also performs as a sacrificial antigraffiti coating. The primary function of Protectosil® AQUA-TRETE® SG is to repel water- and oilbased materials that cause staining, thereby making cleaning easier. The unique multifunctional chemistry makes the Protectosil® AQUA-TRETE® SG inherently UV stable. This feature allows longer surface repellency than is offered by competing technologies. Protectosil® AQUA-TRETE® SG decreases such problems as dirt buildup, staining and graffiti tagging.
