The STS-Su1-3W Staff Microphone and Speaker Unite is a freestanding speaker and directional microphone with a semi-rigid stem, adjustable neck and dual mute switch.

The dual mute switch provides the option to mute the staff microphone only, mute both the staff and customer side microphones or have open microphones for both the staff and customer.

Our Break Out Box (BOB) is used in addition or as a replacement to the staff side speaker and microphone. The BOB allows staff to utilize headsets to hear clearly in service-points where ambient noise conditions are high.

The STS-SJB is available with either the RJ11 or 3.55 mm headset connections.

Our Window Intercom System Extension Cables enable installations of staff and customer units at a distance of up to 65.6 feet. Compatible with Contacta Window Intercom Systems only.

An overhead sealed speaker module designed to be fitted above either the staff or customer side counters.

The STS-S23-BRKT clamp bracket is for use with a single STS-S23 Overhead Speaker.  The clamp bracket can be adhered to a freestanding glass or safety partition and similar screens where the top of the glass is exposed.  The clamp is adjustable between 2-20mm to accommodate a range of glass thicknesses.

Hardware and adhesive pads are included to secure the bracket to required surfaces.

The STS-M14-STEM-EX is a 15.75" extender for use with the STS-M14-300 Anti Vandal Microphone. It can be used to give additional length to the STS-M14-300 when installing onto larger glass screens.

Our Under the Counter Loop System provides clear communication with hearing instrument wearers, especially where background noise is a problem or clear speech is restricted.

It has a flexible, discreet hearing loop aerial that can be bent to shape, allowing it to be tailored to many different counters.

The Portable InfoLoop is a versatile solution, providing movable desktop assistance for your customers where a fixed loop cannot be installed. It is used for conversations between two people.

The LA-240 hearing loop system is a compact hearing loop driver that comes with either a loop pad (LA-240-LP) or a roll of 131ft of wire (LA-240-W) that can provide a looped environment up to approximately 540sq ft.

The LA-240 can be connected to a television or sound system, making it suitable for both home and business use in small rooms.

The HLD2 Hearing Loop Driver is a special type of audio amplifier designed especially for 1 to 1 communication.

The IL-AE97 Above the Counter Hearing Loop is designed for installation above the counter.  It can be mounted vertically on a surface or on the counter affixed to a stand.  An adhesive pad and metal stand are provided in the kit for both installation options.

The loop transmits a magnetic field which enables the telecoil in the customer's hearing device to receive the signal from the staff microphone via the hearing loop driver.

The IL-AE98 Window Mounted Hearing Loop is designed for installation on a glass screen from the staff side, facing the customer.  Mounting the hearing loop on the glass frees up counter space, protects the loop if the customer side is outdoors and the visibility of the large blue hearing loop sign lets the user's know a hearing loop is installed.

Our Counter Hearing Loop Aerial is for use with the Under the Counter Loop System, which is fixed under desks or counters.

When connected to the 1 to 1 Hearing Loop Driver, it transmits a magnetic field enabling the telecoil in the hearing instrument to receive a signal from our hearing loop driver.

It should be positioned within 1.2m of the user's hearing instrument and secured using self-adhesive clips, P-clips or hot glue. It is flexible and can be molded into the desired shape.

As hearing loops are often installed out of sight, it is important to make people aware that a hearing loop is available. Signs should be clearly placed wherever there is a hearing loop installed. This sign informs hearing aid wearers to switch to their T-Coil Program to connect to the loop.

This desk stand attaches to the Supaloop Aerial. The aerial fixes to the stand using a double-sided adhesive pad.

The PS-55 Power Supply is a Level VI power supply for use with our Under the Counter Loop System, Above the Counter Loop System and Home Loop Kit.

Our Halo Microphone with Stem features noise cancelling and a halo light indication at the base of the microphone stem. The halo lights up green when the system is working correctly and red when a fault is detected.

It can be either screwed down or mounted using a standard self-adhesive pad, while the microphone is available in metal or without a halo LED indication.

The Small Boundary Microphone is an omnidirectional solution ideal for use with our Portable InfoLoop (PIL) to extend microphone capabilities, and can be used with the HLD3 Home Loop driver to amplify external sounds such as doorbells or phones.

Our Flexible Gooseneck Microphone is a free-standing directional microphone for the staff side, with a 300mm flexible gooseneck shaft and round base.

Our Portable Loop Shelf is an ideal storage unit and charging location for the Portable Loop. This is achieved by simply routing the power supply through a cut-out in the base of the shelf and connecting it to the Portable Loop. The shelf is supplied with wall fixings.

The Contacta RX30-DC1 is a single charging bay for one RX30 Rechargeable Hearing Loop Listener.

The Contacta RX30-DC5 is a charging bay for up to 5 RX30 Rechargeable Hearing Loop Listeners.  Four RX30-DC5 Charging Bays can be daisy-chained together to charge 20 Receivers using a single power supply.

The 10 bay charger setup will require 2 charging bays, 1 power supply and 1 linking cable.

Our Field Strength Meter is used both during installation and during maintenance checks to guarantee our loops provide the best listening experience for the user.

The TSG is a compact handheld tool for use with our Portable Infrared Receiver. It allows accurate measurement of hearing loop systems by using multiple frequencies to verify that the hearing loop is performing to the IEC Standard 60118-4. The Tone Signal Generator is a handheld engineer's tool that pairs with our Field Strength Meter for large area loop installations.

Flat copper wire is placed under flooring when installing large area loops. It is a 14awg equivalent, 0.75″ in width and available in spools of 500ft.

The Medium Area Infrared Transmitter with Modulator combines an infrared modulator and transmitter, providing a wide angle of emission with a sleek and compact design (available in both black and white). With a coverage area of 1,937ft2, it is ideal for use in medium-sized environments.

Our two-channel Large Area Infrared Transmitter with Modulator combines an infrared modulator and transmitter, generating a wide exit angle for the infrared signal while providing a sleek and compact design that eliminates the need for rack space. It is ideal for use in large environments.

Transmissions are at a bandwidth of 2.3 and 2.8mHz. In 1-channel mode, the transmitter supplies areas of up to 9,688ft². Additional transmitters allow the receiving range to be increased.

Our Portable Infrared Receiver is a receiver compatible with our infrared transmitters using frequencies 2.3MHz and 2.8MHz. It features automatic gain control and high sensitivity for incoming infrared signals.

The receiver uses rechargeable batteries, and is a versatile and sturdy unit which requires either headphones or an assistive hearing neck loop. Volume is amplified, adjustable up to 120dB to assist users with hearing loss.

Our 5 Bay Infrared Receiver Chargers are available for both the Portable Infrared Receiver and Portable Infrared Earphone Receiver.

This unit can hold up to 5 receivers in a standing position. Two chargers can be daisy-chained together to charge 10 receivers using a single power supply.

When connected to our Portable Infrared Receiver, our Inductive Neck Loop enables users to listen using a hearing instrument switched to the “T" position. This compact listening device connects to receivers using a 0.35cm audio jack.

The headphones have a standard 3.5mm plug and 4.5ft cord.

The RF-TXHH-915 Portable Handheld Transmitter delivers wireless transmission of speech and/or music to users through the RF-RX1 Portable Receivers, using the 915MHz frequency.  It's a wireless assistive listening system intended for guided tours or interpretation services using FM radio waves.

The RF-RX1-915 Portable Receiver is a lightweight device that can be used with the RF-TXRM Stationary Transmitter, RF-TX1 Portable Transmitter and RF-TXHH Portable Handheld Transmitter. It operates on the 915MHz frequency, wirelessly delivering clear sound to users.

There is no limit to the number of Receivers that can be used per system or programmable groups within each system. It's supplied with a micro-USB power supply for fast and easy charging and can also be charged with the drop-in RF-DC-24 Charging Case. The Charging Case contains a software suite allowing for fast group programming making setup simple and convenient.

The RF-TX1-LM lapel microphone is compatible with the RF-TX1-915 Portable Transmitter. The microphone has a 3.28ft cable, mini-XLR connector and comes with a tie clip. It enables hands free communication for clear sound using a high quality condenser microphone capsule.

The Radio Frequency (RF) range of products is a wireless assistive listening system and ADA compliant hearing accessibility solution. RF systems use wireless radio waves to transmit sound to portable receivers.

This product range includes stationary as well as portable transmitters. Stationary transmitters are used in large public venues, while portable transmitters enable tour or group guidance in educational and historical sites and museums.

RF frequencies can be transmitted through walls, ceilings or other barriers and can work effectively outdoors. The system operates on the 915MHz frequency.
