The Blue Giant XDS2000 prevents forklift roll-off and overhead door damage at the loading dock. When introduced to the market in 2000, it was the only two-in-one combination of dock leveler and safety guard, and it remains at the forefront of dock safety technology today.

The MD-CM Series edge-of-dock leveler from Blue Giant is ideally suited for applications where pit leveler installation is not feasible or standard fleet bed heights are serviced at the loading dock.

The MD-CM Series is easily installed to the dock face, providing an efficient self storing docking unit, replacing cumbersome dock plates.

Available in rated capacities of 20,000 and 30,000lbs (9,090 to 13,636kgs).

The MD-CH Series edge-of-dock leveler from Blue Giant is a high-performance hydraulic system ideally suited for applications where pit leveler installation is not feasible or standard fleet bed heights are serviced at the loading dock.

The MD-CH Series is easily installed to the dock face, providing an efficient self storing docking unit, replacing cumbersome dock plates.

Typically, a dock lift will cost 1/3 the price of a fork lift truck and will have a quick and favorable payback when compared to the long-term cost associated with operating a forklift and manually loading / off-loading a trailer. The LoMaster™ Stationary Dock Lift will also greatly reduce handling costs, cargo damage and employee injury common to vertical transfer operations.

The LoMaster™ Dock Lift DL Series is engineered to increase efficiency and safety in loading / unloading trucks and trailers. These versatile units can be mounted in a pit or anchored to a concrete pad, wherever the site requires.

A full-length deck beam ensures maximum support, and solid plate steel legs support maximum rigidity. The precision safety velocity fuses on the hydraulic cylinders limit platform free-fall. Each dock lift comes equipped with handrails, a 4" (102 mm) kick plate, and a barrier chain across each end.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND LOADING VERSATILITY
The same high quality construction features found in the stationary models are incorporated into all LoMaster™ S Series lifts. Each lift cylinder is encased in a weather-resistant, all steel housing. Precision velocity fuses on each hydraulic cylinder eliminates platform free-fall. All hard chromed pivot points are fitted with lifetime-lubricated bearings or Teflon coated bronze bushings. Indicator sensor bars and high visibility striping provide four sided toe protection. Sturdy steel handrails with 4" (107 mm) kick plate and barrier chains on both ends provide added operator safety. An 18" (457 mm) long lip with lifting chain on the rolling end is standard.

INSTANT COMPENSATION FLOAT
With a vertical restraining range of 9" (227 mm) to 25" (635 mm) and instant float of 16" (406 mm), the HVR303 services a wide variety of trailers, including those with bent or damaged ICC bars. Ability to adjust automatically to trailer motion makes it compatible with air-ride suspension systems, enabling solid engagement and minimizing the risk of separation and worker injury.

GREEN POWER
The StrongArm™ HVR303 is an environmentally sustainable alternative to oil-powered hydraulics. It can be interlocked with Blue Giant air-powered dock levelers to build a 'green' loading dock solution, allowing builders and developers to qualify for government incentives as well as project the image of an environmentally responsible business.

NO POWER NECESSARY
Certain applications, such as chemical handling facilities or grain storage locations, involve explosive substances and require limited interaction with electrical devices:the ML10 is a safe and reliable restraining device for these situations because of its entirely mechanical operation.

THE NEXT LEVEL
The ML10 system can be upgraded to include a manual or automatic lights communication package for added safety at the loading dock
The TLC24-M has interior and exterior LED signal lights (red / green) that are manually controlled to communicate safety conditions to both dock workers and truck drivers
The advanced TLC24-A has all the benefits of the TLC24-M but also detects the position of the restraint via a sensor, allowing the lights to automatically change according to the relevant safety condition

Designed to suit door openings up to 8' W x 10' H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Adjustable Inflatable Dock Seal has vertical air bags that increase the contact area against the trailer and tighten the seal to keep product secure. An internal retraction spring permits the header air bag to be fully retracted when not in use, preventing collision damage from incoming trailers.

Designed to suit door openings up to 10' W x 10' H (3,048 mm x 3,048 mm), the Blue Giant Stationary Shelter uses flexible fabric curtains to enclose a trailer's top and sides while providing full access to the interior.Wear flaps reinforce the head curtain at contact areas, and the bottom 24" (610 mm) of the side curtain are reinforced with double fabric layers for added durability. Replaceable foam draft pads seal additional gap between the trailer and the building.
