Grown in a mineral-based substrate layer on a biodegradable coconut fibre mat, the Maroon Sedum-Mix Blanket contains 6 to 7 different succulent varieties specially selected to create a red assorted vegetation blanket.

Roofscape® Pre-Grown Tray System provides a turnkey solution that meets or exceeds all guidelines for Green Roofs. The trays are easy to install and feature interlocking edges which prevent shifting or migration of growing media onto the roof membrane. At 24" x 24" x 4.625" deep, the pre-grown tray is appropriate for extensive and semi-intensive vegetative roof profiles. The modules are pre-grown with plants (most commonly sedum) selected by the project designer and shipped to the job site with approximately 90% or more vegetation coverage.
Comprised of a heavy-duty recycled polypropylene, the Roofscape® Pre-Grown Tray is designed with a channelized bottom to maximize stormwater retention. It can reduce both the amount and rate of stormwater run-off and is capable of retaining up to 70% of annual precipitation. Fluid Applied
RamProof GC (Green Concrete) is comprised of an industry changing asphaltic-rubber formulation that combines the elastic properties of modified rubber with the weatherproofing and waterproofing characteristics of emulsified asphalt. The resulting asphaltic-rubber membrane provides a complete, high-performance waterproofing membrane that is VOC-free, environmentally friendly, rapidly installed, and delivers a complete solution for the entire scope of waterproofing. RamProof GC forms to a single set, fully adhered, monolithic, and seamless membrane that results in a high-performance membrane that resists hydrostatic pressure, bridges cracks and will move with created expansion and contraction of surfaces.
HyppoCoat BC is a non-gassing, solvent-free, single component, liquid applied, water-catalyzed, polyurethane, elastomeric waterproofing basecoat. This unique product allows the base membrane to be applied in one application up to 3" (7.6 cm) deep down to a feather edge and cures simultaneously throughout the coating in approximately 4 hours at 75ºF (24ºC) and 50% relative humidity. The basecoat may be used for very rough or highly textured surfaces and where sloping or pond filling is desired. Please use the correct product grade that complies with VOC regulations as per federal, state, county, and city regulations/codes that adhere to the location of product installation.
HyppoCoat 100 is an aliphatic, two-component, fast-setting, rapid-curing, solvent-free*, high-performance, and high-solids polyurea/urethane polymer waterproof coating that can be utilized suitably for heavy-duty wearing surface applications on prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. Due to its fast gel time, HyppoCoat 100 is suitable for applications in temperatures as low as 20°F. HyppoCoat 100 is also relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature, allowing for applications in various temperatures and humidity. HyppoCoat 100 may be used as a stand-alone application for flooring, pedestrian and vehicular parking deck applications.
HyppoCoat GC (Green Concrete) is a user-friendly, high solids, single component, liquid applied membrane for cured or green concrete. The system uses two coats of a modified urethane coating and protection board to create an elastomeric system designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements. HyppoCoat GC is easy to use and can be applied immediately after green concrete forms have been removed, providing a quick return-to-service window during application. It also acts as an aggressive barrier against harsh chemicals, abrasive wear, and heavy impact.
Black Pearl® Waterproofing System is composed of two primary products:

Black Pearl® Sheet Membrane is a 55 mil woven polyester fabric providing extra tensile strength and stability. This fabric is impregnated and coated with the Black Pearl® rubberized formula. The compatibility between the two components is 100 percent, with the Black Pearl® Adhesive acting as a catalyst on the sheets and chemically fusing the system elements together (including flashings) into a thick, semi-monolithic waterproof membrane.
Black Pearl® Waterproofing System has the unique ability to be applied to green and damp concrete. It is also compatible with asphaltic products, enabling the restoration of projects that were originally asphaltic based and ties to hot rubberized asphalt. It can be applied at temperatures as low as 0ºF.
Ram Cold Tar® Plus is a unique single-component thermoplastic rubber adhesive coating compound designed for existing roof applications. The precise combination of compounds provide a monolithic, elastomeric membrane that is resistant to ponded water and other elements.
Ram Quick Flash PMMA Membrane is a two-part polymethyl methacrylate membrane designed to be used in a fully reinforced Ram Quick Flash PMMA cold fluid applied roofing system, as well as a flashing material in conjunction with RamTough 250 and/or Black Pearl® Membranes. (Applied before the installation of RamTough 250 and/or Black Pearl.) Due to its UV-stability, it can be left exposed to the elements as a waterproof coating.
Sheet Applied
RamShield 60 mil thick (1.5 mm) is a self-adhered flashing and waterproofing membrane used in above and below grade applications such as concrete foundation walls, plaza decks, balconies, tunnels, and breezeways.

Elastomeric BUR
RamTough KLB-100 SEBS rubber material's web-like molecular structure creates a microscopic, elastic network of strong, rubberized strands with tough, interlocking styrene end blocks. During the polymerization process, the polymer network absorbs the asphalt light ends, producing a rubberized waterproofing material with properties that are far superior to regular oxidized roofing grade asphalt.
RamTough KLB-100 when combined with appropriate modified bitumen membranes, polyester or fiberglass ply sheets or cap sheets, delivers a compatible composite roofing membrane with extraordinary toughness, puncture, and impact resistance. RamTough KLB-100 is also recommended for buildings intolerant of water intrusion for high-performance requirements. When the building design requirements are for a long-life cycle, RamTough KLB-100 is a cost-effective solution.
Protection Course/ Cap Sheet
Ram 307 FR is a superior SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen roofing membrane with fire retardant additives, and reinforced with a non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary SBS compound offers superb waterproofing and weathering physical properties.
Ram 307 FR has a granular top surface in black or white, as well as a sand or burn-off film bottom surface. Application methods include heat welding when a film bottom surface is selected & hot asphalt or cold adhesive when the membrane is sand backed.
Barrett Ram 201 is a multi-purpose fiberglass reinforced, polymer-modified asphalt sheet with sanded surfaces. The polymer modification provides exceptional cold temperature flexibility and performance properties. The high strength fiberglass reinforcement gives the membrane excellent tensile strength and toughness that withstands typical rooftop exposures. Ram 201 can be installed in hot asphalt bitumen or approved cold applied adhesives and mastics.
Ram 203 Membrane Protection Course is a multi-purpose SBS polymer-modified, fiberglass reinforced asphalt membrane with sanded surfaces, top and bottom. The polymer modification enhances this products elongation, elastic and flexibility properties. The fiberglass reinforcement gives the composite membrane the tensile strength and toughness necessary to accommodate moderate exposures.
Barrett Ram 200 is a multi-purpose polyester reinforced, SBS modified bitumen membrane with sanded surfaces. The polymer modification provides exceptional elongation, elastic and cold temperature flexibility properties. The high strength polyester reinforcement gives the composite membrane excellent tensile strength, toughness, puncture and tear resistance that exceeds typical rooftop exposures. Ram 200 can be installed in hot asphalt bitumen or approved cold applied adhesives and mastics.
Ram 306 is a multi-purpose, SBS polymer modified, polyester reinforced modified bitumen membrane with a ceramic granule surface. The polymer modification enhances this products elongation, elastic and flexibility properties. The high strength polyester reinforcement gives the composite membrane excellent tensile strength, toughness, puncture and tear resistance necessary to accommodate typical rooftop exposures. Ram 306 comes with black or white granule surfacing, both of which offer resistance to ultraviolet rays and damage caused by foot traffic. The light colored granules provide improved reflectivity.
Ram 306-FR is a fire-resistant, granule surfaced, premium SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) mop or cold applied membrane manufactured with a fiberglass mat that is saturated and coated with high quality, asphaltic bitumen and SBS elastomers for a durable, flexible and easily maintainable roofing membrane. Ram 306-FR comes with black or white granule surfacing, both of which offer resistance to ultraviolet rays and damage caused by foot traffic. The light colored granules provide improved reflectivity.
Preformed Drainage
RamDrain DD 050 HS is a two-part prefabricated geocomposite drain consisting of a formed polystyrene core that is covered on one side with woven monofilament filter fabric. This fabric allows water to pass into the drain core while restricting the movement of soil particles which might clog the core, allowing the water to flow to designated drainage exits.
RamDrain DD 050 HS with ½" height can move more drainage water per foot width than a layer of stone which is 1' wide and 180" high.
RamDrain DD 050 HS is designed for horizontal applications.
RamDrain EN 36R is an entangled net prefabricated composite drain 0.45-inches thick, “zig-zag" geometric patterned core, drainage mat with a layer of non-woven geotextile on both front and back of the product. RamDrain EN 36R has a 3-inch (76.2 mm) fabric flange beyond the core to provide overlaps with adjacent drainage courses.
RamDrain Dimple Drain (DD) 050 is a high-performance drainage sheet engineered to relieve hydrostatic pressure by creating a channel for liquid water.

Barrett Neoprene Pipe Boots offer an economical flashing designed for both Ram-Tough 250 and KLB 100 roofing and and waterproofing systems These units will accommodate pipe sizes: 1″ through 6″ with a Medium Pipe Boot and 8″ through 12″ with a Large Pipe Boot. The conically shaped steps of the Barrett pipe flashing will securely seal all pipes, and the large, double-thick molded rib at the top of each step offers supreme tear resistance and reinforcement, as well as a convenient cutting guide. Utilizing Barrett Pipe Boot Flashings eliminate the workmanship error in field fabrication and makes flashing pipes a clean, consistent process.

Black Pearl ® Butyl Tape compound is a non-hardening butyl rubber extruded tape sealant. It will remain flexible and develop an immediate and permanent bond to a wide range of metal, concrete, glass and most plastics substrates.
RamFlash 327 HDR is a 60 mil heavy-duty uncured neoprene flashing material to be used in conjunction with RamTough 250 and RamTough KLB-100. It is designed to be flexible and conform to irregular surfaces and shapes, curing in place after installation.
Root Barrier
Coco Erosion Control Blanket is an FHWA Type IID temporary erosion control blanket that is used to control erosion of Greenroof-Roofscapes® media and plantings on both flat and low-sloped installations. It is composed of a matrix of 100% Cocunut/Coir Fiber distributed evenly between two layers of biaxially oriented Jute netting. The matrix is mechanically bonded (stitched) using biodegradable thread.
Ram RB 40 Root Barrier is a heavy duty, linear polyethylene sheet which has been successfully established as an effective root barrier under severe conditions for most intensive vegetated roof systems. Ram RB 40 Root Barrier contains virgin resins which does not become brittle or age prematurely. A typical carbon black content of 2.4% provides excellent protection from UV exposure and harsh weather conditions. Production is carefully controlled to assure a uniform thickness and the material is electronically tested for ASTM conformance.
Seam taping all joints reduces workmanship demands and installation time.
Ram RB 25 Seam Tape is an elastomeric single-sided adhesive tape used to seal the seams of the RAM RB series of root barriers. The black polymer backing and very aggressive adhesive is specifically formulated to provide maximum performance in a green roof and planter application.
RAM RB 30 is a 30-mil polymeric sheet, effectively arrests root penetration and redirect roots to a horizontal growth plane, helping lock in vegetation and increasing resistance to wind uplift forces.
RAM RB 20 is a 20-mil polymeric sheet, effectively arrests root penetration and redirect roots to a horizontal growth plane, helping lock in vegetation and increasing resistance to wind uplift forces.
Heavy-Duty Polyester Reinforced Granular Rubberized Asphalt Cap Sheet with Root Protection
Ram RootProtect is a heavy-duty, rubberized asphalt sheet that is specially formulated with a factory-applied root growth regulator. The sheet is polyester reinforced and has a granule surfacing. Ram RootProtect is specifically designed to be embedded into Barrett's RamTough 250 roofing membrane when installed in a Greenroof-Roofscapes® Assembly.
Fabrics
PolyFelt EX9 is a 100% recycled 9 oz polypropylene polyester protective fleece designed specifically for use within Greenroof-Roofscapes® extensive green roofing systems.
Ram Quick Flash PMMA Fleece is a non-woven, needle-punched polyester fabric used to reinforce the Ram Quick Flash PMMA Membrane cold liquid-applied reinforced PMMA waterproofing membrane systems.
PolyFelt 265VP reinforcement is specifically engineered for premium high performance waterproofing and roofing. A spunbond polyester reinforcement fabric manufactured as a continuous filament sheet with longitudinal fiberglass strand reinforcement placed approximately 3/8 inch apart. The manufacturing process provides very high puncture and tear-resistant fabric properties with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
Most polyester reinforcements use low melting-point binders. PolyFelt 265VP is bonded with a heat resistant, cross-linked acrylic binder, providing excellent thermal stability, making it uniquely suited for use with hot asphalt applications. A condensing process during manufacture provides optimum fiber distribution and mat thickness which enhances bitumen “bleed-through" saturation from both top and bottom directions during application. These characteristics create a monolithic waterproof membrane, with all levels of bitumen connected with and through the fibrous reinforcement, forming a tough, homogeneous, multi-ply, redundant waterproofing assembly.
Ram 40 is a trilaminate polyester and fiberglass reinforcement sheet designed for use in both cold and hot applied built-up membrane assemblies. Ram 40 is heavily saturated and coated with a weathering grade asphalt for added thickness and protection. This heavy duty reinforced composite sheet provides high tensile and puncture resistance while remaining flexible enough to conform to minor irregular roof deck surfaces.
PolyFelt 3.5 is a lightweight continuous spun-bond filament polyester geotextile protective filter fabric that provides excellent strength to weight ratio.
PolyFelt 125 VP is a 16-mil lightweight thermally-bonded spunlaid non-woven polyester fabric reinforcement.
Coatings & Mastics
Ram Quick Flash PMMA Primer is a two-part polymethyl methacrylate primer designed to prepare substrates for a fully reinforced Ram Quick Flash PMMA cold liquid applied roofing membrane system, as well as a flashing membrane in conjunction with RamTough 250 and/or Black Pearl® systems.
HyppoCoat TC is a two-component, very high solids, aliphatic hybrid elastomeric topcoat. HyppoCoat TC is odor friendly, fast-setting, rapid-curing, and can be applied to properly prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. It is suitable for single or multiple applications in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6.7ºC). Please use the correct product grade that complies with VOC regulations as per federal, state, county, and city regulations/codes that adhere to the location of product installation.
HyppoCoat PC is a two component, solvenated, epoxy-polyamine liquid-applied primer with unique penetrating characteristics. This primer is recommended for metal flashings and other medium to heavy duty traffic areas in outdoor applications.
Two versions of this primer can be used:
• HyppoCoat PC (100 VOCs)
• HyppoCoat PC+ (250 VOCs)

Liquid Flash 100 (100% Solids) is a high-performance interior/exterior joint sealant for use in both moving and non-moving joint applications. Liquid Flash 100 provides a long-lasting weathertight seal to a variety of building substrates, including aluminum, brick, metal, concrete, foam, SBS Modified Bitumen, stone, wood, and more.
Ram Ultra-White® Primer is a clear, water-based acrylic primer formulated to provide excellent adhesion properties to various surfaces. Ram Ultra-White® Primer is specifically design to be used as a primer coat for Barrett Ultra-White® acrylic coating. Consult with Barrett for more information on the Ultra-White® system.
Ram Ultra-White Coating is a co-polymer elastomeric water-based emulsion. Its brilliant white color offers excellent reflectivity, earning it an Energy Star® rating and LEEDS credits. It provides superior UV protection, mildew resistance, color stability, weatherability, and flexibility. Ram Ultra-White® not only helps provide protection from the elements, it provides substantial reduction of roof surface temperatures and thermal stresses, significantly increasing indoor comfort and saving cooling costs. Its ability to flex and move offers the elastic qualities necessary to accommodate the movement found in most polymer modified roof membrane systems.
This combination of materials has proven itself as a excellent surfacing for both new and weathered built-up and modified bitumen roof systems. Ram Ultra-White® meets national and local V.O.C. requirements and regulations. Consult the Barrett Company for specific installation recommendations.
Ram Ultra-Silver is made of the highest quality SBS polymer-modified asphalt, premium aluminum pigment and refined solvents. When applied, aluminum flakes found in the pigment come to the surface providing a highly reflective metallic shield over the roof surfaces. This shield reduces surface temperatures and thermal movement. The SBS rubber provides elastic qualities necessary to accommodate the movement found in most polymer modified roof membrane systems. This combination of materials has proven itself as an excellent surfacing for both new and weathered asphalt built-up and modified bitumen roof systems. The reflective surfacing complies with current V.O.C. requirements and regulations. Consult the Barrett Company for specific installation recommendations for this product.
CP 80 Cold Process Adhesive is a high strength SBS Polymer modified cold process adhesive formulated for used in coating metal roofing and the construction of “Cold Process" built-up roof membrane systems. This unique formulation offers excellent adhesion and elongation properties and is an alternative solution when a hot applied membrane system is not practical. CP 80 Cold Process Adhesive is compatible with several Barrett fiberglass and polyester reinforcement options and is fully waterproof after cure. This material is “Asbestos Free" and can be brush, roller, squeegee or spray applied.
Ram Mastic is an asbestos-free, single component, Kraton® SBS rubber modified asphalt which forms a highly elastomeric sealant material. Ram Mastic has superior elongation properties, remains pliable at colder temperatures and has excellent weathering properties. It is recommended anywhere a high quality cold applied, elastomeric cement is required.
Ram Mastic is available in trowel grade. Spray and brush grades are available on special order.
Ram Primer & Surface Conditioner is a general utility asphaltic prime coat for both porous and non-porous surfaces in the application of RamTough 250 and/or RamTough KLB-100.
KeeneSeal 100 is a one component, fast grab, multipurpose silyl-terminated polyether (hybrid) elastomeric sealant. When fully cured, this unique VOC compliant formula offers spectacular stress-free adhesion to Driwall™ Membrane, PVC, concrete, masonry, painted surfaces, USB, plywood, metal plus other common substrates.
This product is specifically formulated to offer all weather performance to meet today's green building standards.
RamShield Adhesive is a fast-drying solvent release adhesive that is designed to require a minimum amount of mixing before applications. Formulated to have outstanding performance with all RamShield Membrane products, RamShield Adhesive will also work with most asphalt-based waterproofing membranes.
Soil & Growing Media
Roofscape® Extensive Media is a planting medium for extensive vegetative Greenroof-Roofscapes® systems with a separate drain layer, designed to retain stormwater and to promote long lasting vigorous plant growth, and which meets the requirements described in ASTM E2777-14 Standard Guide for Vegetative (Green) Roof Systems (see Technical Data Sheet for more info).

Roofscapes® Classic Plaza Slabs are a high-density concrete suited for use as a plaza deck component providing a durable, yet elegant, roof surface. At the start of the production cycle, Sedum album, Sedum acre, Sedum hispanicum and Sedum sexangulare make up approximately 15% of the assortmentused to produce a Yellow/Blue Greenroof-Roofscapes® Sunray Sedum-Mix Blanket. The remaining 85% consists of a mixture of Sedum rupestre ‘Angelina' and Sedum reflexum ‘Blue Spruce'.

The Maroon Sedum-mix blanket is a ready-to-lay ground cover vegetation blanket for roundabouts, central reservations, roof terraces, and more. Grown in a mineral-based substrate layer on a biodegradable coconut fibre mat, the Maroon Sedum-Mix Blanket contains 6 to 7 different succulent varieties specially selected to create a red assorted vegetation blanket.

Roofscape® Pre-Grown Tray System provides a turnkey solution that meets or exceeds all guidelines for Green Roofs. The trays are easy to install and feature interlocking edges which prevent shifting or migration of growing media onto the roof membrane. At 24" x 24" x 4.625" deep, the pre-grown tray is appropriate for extensive and semi-intensive vegetative roof profiles. The modules are pre-grown with plants (most commonly sedum) selected by the project designer and shipped to the job site with approximately 90% or more vegetation coverage.
Comprised of a heavy-duty recycled polypropylene, the Roofscape® Pre-Grown Tray is designed with a channelized bottom to maximize stormwater retention. It can reduce both the amount and rate of stormwater run-off and is capable of retaining up to 70% of annual precipitation. Detailed stormwater retention calculations and hydrographs are available upon request.
