The CORRinSITE is a corrosion monitor manufactured from the same mild carbon steel as the system's piping, so its surface corrodes as the pipe corrodes. When the monitor corrodes beyond its limit, moisture penetrates the sealed chamber and transforms the brilliant white sight glass to a fluorescent orange color indicating a corrosion problem and a need for further pipe inspection.
The CORRinSITE was developed in response to the increase of corrosion related failures in both wet and dry fire protection systems. CORRinSITE, available in an in-line pipe and mechanical tee, provides a simple to install, maintenance-free, and inexpensive method to monitor for hidden corrosion problems in any fire protection system.

TESTanDRAIN®
AGF Manufacturing revolutionized the fire sprinkler industry with the Model 1000 TESTanDRAIN® single valve inspector's test, which eliminated the time-and-space-consuming traditional loop assembly. Since then, TESTanDRAIN® valves have been installed on many fire protection systems throughout the world. TESTanDRAIN® valves are now made in more styles, in more sizes, and with more orifice options than any other valve on the market.
COLLECTanDRAIN®
Auxiliary Drains (also called Low-Point Drains or Drum Drips) are required for each section of trapped pipe in a Dry or Pre-Action Fire Protection System. They collect the moisture that condensates from the pressurized air in the system while minimizing loss of air pressure during maintenance (see NFPA 13,
8.16.2.5.3.5*, A8.16.2.5.3.5).
Dry and Pre-Action Fire Protection Systems need to be maintained by emptying the auxiliary drains that collect water. Sprinkler system repairs can cost $5,000 to $10,000 or more every time an auxiliary drain fails, is vandalized, or is improperly maintained. AGF Manufacturing's COLLECTanDRAIN® Auxiliary Drain upgrades prevent system trips from improper maintenance or vandalism and, with regular maintenance, help prevent system breakdowns as a result of freeze-ups.
Frozen and broken auxiliary drains can cost facilities thousands of dollars. AGF's COLLECTanDRAIN line of heated, automatic auxiliary drains simplify maintenance to protect dry fire sprinkler systems with ease. Model 5450 self-maintaining auxiliary drain contains a pre-assembled drain with an ancillary drain trap in a heated cabinet. The ancillary drain trap allows excess condensation to seep out of the unit while the heater keeps the rest at a temperature safe from freezing. Model 5500 automatic auxiliary drain contains an auxiliary drain with solenoid valves in a heated cabinet. When the drain needs to be emptied, automatic settings can allow it to drain itself
When auxiliary drains break from freezing, vandalism, or misuse, they can cause a facility thousands in water damage and other expenses. AGF's COLLECTanDRAIN Flood Eliminator triggers when it senses the pressurized water flow resulting from a broken auxiliary drain and stops that flow to prevent catastrophic flooding. Available pre-assembled to AGF auxiliary drains or to be retrofit to existing auxiliary drains.
RiserPACK®
Save money, time, and space with RiserPACK floor control assemblies. AGF's residential and commercial RiserPACK manifolds cut the cost of buying and assembling the individual parts of a section floor control. We preassemble and test every unit in-house to save you time in the field. RiserPACK's configuration
reduces the space used by section floor controls by up to 75%. Residential models are available to meet the requirements of NFPA 13R or NFPA 13D. Commercial models meet NFPA 13 requirements. Available with or without pressure relief and can be assembled with additional features to meet custom specifications.
InspectorsTEST
The Inspector'sTEST Model 3011BV is a 300 PSI rated ball valve designed to perform the remote inspector's test function on single story and other applications with the benefit of locating the orifice indoors.
CORRinSITE
The CORRinSITE is a corrosion monitor manufactured from the same mild carbon steel as the system's piping, so its surface corrodes as the pipe corrodes. When the monitor corrodes beyond its limit, moisture penetrates the sealed chamber and transforms the brilliant white sight glass to a fluorescent orange color indicating a corrosion problem and a need for further pipe inspection.

CORRinSITE, available in an in-line pipe and mechanical tee, provides a simple to install, maintenance-free, and inexpensive method to monitor for hidden corrosion problems in any fire protection system.
TESTanSAVE
TESTanSAVE is a water containment system for fire sprinkler systems that recirculates the test water through the system during testing instead of discharging the test water to the outside.
For a sprinkler system to work effectively it needs to be tested regularly and each sprinkler system test requires regular water use. Usually, test water is released outside of the building wasting numerous gallons of water each test cycle. In this age of water conservation, AGF offers an alternative.
TESTanSAVE recirculates the sprinkler system test water back through the supply riser, eliminating the need to reintroduce new water into the sprinkler system during testing. Its three-step process is simple. First, water is brought in to perform the inspector's test on the first floor. Next, instead of water being drained to the outside, test water is recirculated into the system through the TESTanSAVE. Then, the recirculated water is used to perform the inspector's test on all the additional floors.
PURGEnVENT
NFPA 13 (2016) requires air vents on all wet pipe fire sprinkler systems. AGF offers the most economical, purpose-built manual air vent on the market and automatic air vents that have flexible installation options and do not leak.
NFPA 13 (2016)
7.1.5 Air Venting
A single air vent with a connection conforming to 8.16.6 shall be provided on each wet pipe system utilizing metallic pipe.
8.16.6* Air Venting
The vent required by 7.1.5 shall be located near a high point in the system to allow air to be removed from that portion of the system by one of the following methods:
- Manual valve, minimum 1/2" (15mm) size
- Automatic air vent
- Other approved means

Lockable Pressure Relief Valve 7000L
Lockable Pressure Relief Valve 7200L
AGF's pressure relief valves are designed to relieve excess pressure caused by temperature changes or pressure surges in wet fire sprinkler systems. The new “lockable" pressure relief valves include an added feature that allows them to be temporarily locked for hydrostatic testing. Save time and money by installing the pressure relief valve before system testing rather than having to go back afterwards.
