Our lineup of superior quality, heavy duty fiberglass polymer composite detectable warning surface tiles are manufactured in a state of the art ISO 9002 certified facility located in Northeast Ohio. Having an ISO 9002 facility allows us to provide our customers and business partners with superior products; through a sophisticated quality management system from start to finish. ADA Solutions' products are UV stable with homogeneous color throughout the entire panel.
Our panels contain premium quality long strand fiberglass in the base material. During the sheet molding process the fiberglass is blended into the base material during the mixing process and evenly disbursed throughout the entire body of the panel and into the truncated domes we all recognize. This is a critical feature because the truncated domes are the primary point of contact to us as we walk, and are subjected to the highest degree of exposure to foot traffic, rolling apparatus, and street cleaning equipment.
Cast-in-Place Paver
The Cast-in-Place Paver panel is a great long-term solution for any project or climate. Every one of our ADA pavers is made with a durable exterior homogenous glass, carbon, and fiberglass reinforced composite material; the thick, heavy panel and sturdy embedment ribs ensure a strong bond and superior structural support.
Each Cast-in-Place Paver panel is:
¼" thick with embedded 3" ribs, providing a tactile surface along the center
Installed in newly built curb ramps or on construction sites
Pressed into freshly poured concrete for a fully secure fit
Protected by plastic sheeting across its entire surface
Available in 5 standard sizes (24" x 36", 24" x 48", 24" x 60", 36" x 48", and 36" x 60")

ADA Solutions' Cast-in-Place Paver Tactile Surface products provide long-term durability. Suited for new construction and modified curb ramps, these truncated dome pavers hold up in any kind of weather and tolerate a great deal of abuse. The homogenous glass and carbon composite material is colorfast and UV stable, while integrated fiberglass truncated domes allow for a more durable tactile surface.

Cast-in-Place Replaceable Tactile Panels
ADA Solutions introduced this game-changing replaceable system to the market in 2006. Since then, ADA Solutions has installed 18,000,000 square feet of our revolutionary Cast-in-Place Replaceable panels. The Cast-in-Place panel is delivered pre-assembled with an extra heavy-duty anchoring system, specifically designed for easy insertion and embedment into fresh concrete. Our Replaceable cast-in-place detectable warning surface is far superior to any alternative on the market.
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES:
Body thickness is 0.20" not including truncated domes (10% greater than the closest alternative).
Panel weight is 2.25 lbs. per SF (12% more material than the closest alternative).
Four-Sided Embedment Flange is 0.75" deep and 1.02" thick.
Utilizes time-tested and proven 0.5" x 1.5" Corrosion Resistant Concrete Inserts with 6,200 psi. of pulldown strength per insert.
Inserts are housed in a 0.5" recessed fixture on the back side of the panel.
This ensures 2" of embedment depth into the concrete (50% deeper than the closest alternative).
The Replaceable unit is secured into the anchor with a 0.5" x 1.5" heavy-duty metal bolt located 0.25" into the body of the panel.
The bolt head is fully covered and protected by structurally fit caps. This is far superior to the open-faced, fully exposed lightweight all-purpose screws utilized by all other alternative systems

Surfaced Applied Tactile, available in both Rectangular and Radius, is made of a colorfast and UV-stable homogenous glass and carbon composite with fiberglass truncated domes for enhanced durability. The Surface Applied Tactile is used to retrofit over an existing concrete substrate and can be installed in as little as 10 minutes. No advanced expertise is necessary for secure installation—just follow the step-by-step directions.
Our cost-effective surface mounted truncated domes provide safer walkways for pedestrians, including the visually impaired. There's no need for expensive maintenance, as these detectable warning surfaces are exceptionally durable, even when exposed to harsh weather conditions, and made to last for years.

Radius Tactile Systems
Our innovative curved tactile system is designed to help installers successfully accommodate radius conditions with ease, accuracy, and code compliance. Constructed with the same industry-leading workmanship as our rectangular panels, the Radius Tactile System developed by ADA Solutions is a popular innovation among our quality-conscious contractors, engineers, architects, project managers, and government representatives who need curved detectable warning surfaces for their sites. WHAT ARE RADIUS TACTILE SYSTEMS?
Each tactile panel is a detectable warning tile that meets the detectable warning surface requirements of the latest Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Each is of a uniform color and made of a glass and carbon-reinforced polyester composite material. Per current standards, domes are arranged in a square grid pattern. These raised truncated domes are 0.2" in height, with a base diameter of 0.9", and spaced at 1.6" to 2.4" apart per the Federal Code of Regulations.
The pattern provides a wheelchair or walker user with tactile feedback. For optimal results, a 2.35" horizontal and vertical center-to-center dome spacing is preferred. Radius SA tile in the standard dome spacing range is required to have dimensions of 24" x 33.25".
The difference between our standard panels and radius (curved) solutions is the ability to follow the contour of sidewalk curbs, curb ramps, and other surfaces. Individuals using a wheelchair, walker, or shopping cart, or anyone who is visually impaired will feel the curved truncated domes. The tangible feedback from these tactile warning surfaces notifies them they're close to the edge of a roadway, for example, where traffic or other dangers may be.

ADA Solutions has set the industry standard for ADA way-finding surfaces for over two decades. We understand and cater to the specific need for Directional Bar and Guide Surface Tiles to guide pedestrians across and around roadways, transit platforms, curb ramps, and other walking surfaces. These ADA-compliant, slip-resistant tactile way-finding surface tiles can be used in both new and existing concrete substrates.
When correctly installed, our tactile way tiles provide easy-to-follow guidance for the visually impaired and other pedestrians who are traversing areas where the proper walking path otherwise may not be readily apparent.
Directional Way-Finding is provided by means of Directional Bar Tiles in combination with Detectable Warning Surface (Truncated Domes). The Directional Bars provide pathway guidance, while the Detectable Warning Surface indicates a decision point along a path. Like the surface applied tiles and other warning systems available through our website, these ADA graphic tiles are designed to provide a high level of resistance to common environmental stressors. They have been thoroughly tested to ensure compliance with various ASTM standards, including but not limited to abrasion resistance, tensile strength, load bearing, freeze/thaw/heat resistance, salt and spray resistance, chemical stain resistance, water absorption, and slip resistance. They are easy to install in curb ramps, parking areas, and similar places where these kinds of detectable warnings can be seen by pedestrians.
Apart from these standard features, ADA Solutions' replaceable graphic warning tiles can be customized with an image or message of your choosing. Custom graphics and messages provide visual information to indicate boundaries (“Do Not Enter"), convey instructions to pedestrians (“Yield to Traffic"), specify areas reserved for people with disabilities, advertise a local business, or communicate other pertinent messages. The graphics will not become marred or worn away from foot traffic or harsh weather conditions.
Furthermore, our ADA graphic warning tiles are fully replaceable. You can easily swap out an old or damaged tile for a new version, without needing to disturb the surrounding concrete. What's more, the replacement process takes only a few minutes, so it isn't necessary to block off the area for an extended period. Your new ADA graphic floor tiles will be open to foot traffic as soon as they are in place.
