Somfy offers end product suppliers a 5-year warranty on all motors and controls. Specifically, Somfy warrants its motors and controls to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of 5 years commencing with the date stamped on each product. If the Somfy product fails within this 5 year period, we will repair or replace it free of charge through your end product supplier.

Wired Technology links the control device to the motor using electrical wires carrying power and limiting the switch to the source of control. The common motor options available for Wired technology are durable and dependable and feature a wide variety of torques and speeds which are a beneficial resource for interior or exterior motorized shading applications.

Integration Accessories
The URTSI II allows third-party automation systems to control Radio Technology Somfy® (RTS) motorized solutions. This 16 channel interface converts RS232 and RS485 protocols into RTS commands to control Somfy-powered solutions.

The SDN 0-10V Interface is a device which accepts the lighting industry standard 0-10V analog dimming signal and converts it to an SDN or animeo® IP command to drive a single or a group of motors. The control is housed in a junction-box-mountable, plenum-rated enclosure and powered by line voltage. There is a single RJ45 jack on the device which provides the connection to the SDN bus via a standard CAT-5 cable.
