Painted and PVDF Aluminum
As painted aluminum specialists, Wieland is well-known for our extensive color selection for polyester and PVDF painted aluminum sheet and coil and offers PVDF coated Aluminum conforming to ASTM B209 and AAMA2605 standards. PVDF resins are the industry leading coating to protect against environmental factors. The coatings are ideally suited for long-life external use on monumental high-rise structures and pre-engineered buildings' exteriors and architectural products. These end uses include metal roofing and wall panel systems; framing for curtainwall, windows, skylights and entrance systems; louvers and grills, soffits, fascia, mullions, column covers and more.
This premium coating system utilizes a minimum of 70% Fluropon (R) polyvinylidene flouride resin (PVDF) and is applied at a minimum dry film thickness level of 1.0mm (+/1-0.1). The reverse side can be coated the same as the top side, with a polyester wash coat, or a different PVDF finish.
Wieland can cut flat sheets and slit coil in the gauge range of 0.024" - 0.080" (.6mm/24 gauge - 2mm/12 gauge) and widths from 2" to 60".
