PermaDOCK-MD is a mechanical dock leveler that is an economical and safe solution for basic loading dock applications. They are manually operated and easy to use. To operate, simply pull the release chain located at the rear of the deck. The dock will rise and the lip will extend at which point the dock leveler can be walked down on the truck bed for safe loading or unloading. Weather Shield Series is a wrapped foam with high-quality vinyl and stapled construction on pressure treated backboards that are the industry standard.The fabric on the vertical side pads is wrapped and stapled construction to pressure treated lumber backboards. This design requires side and bottom breather slits to release air pressure when the trailer is making contact with the dock seal. Guide stripes are 24″ high and are placed 9′ on center. XL Perma Rain Dam provides an extended service range for loading docks servicing lower trailers.

Perma MRI AIR provides a seal between the medical facility and mobile MRI trailer with little or no architectural change. It seals around the doorway so a patient can be transported in and out of the trailer without exposure to weather and outside elements. The MRI shelter can be three or four-sided with an 18 oz. fire retardant vinyl-coated polyester. MRI Inflatable has three different types of suspension systems to choose from: elastic rope suspension, rail suspension or slide frame suspension system.

The Perma Inflatable Air Rail Shelter is perfect for sealing a rail car on difficult applications that a mechanical rail shelter can't handle or was not designed for, like oversized door openings or where additional protection is needed. The Perma Air Inflatable Rail Shelter works by inflating using a 110 volt 1/2 horse blower motor that blows air into the baffle unit and extends the shelter until it makes contact with the rail car making a perfect seal. Once the rail car is loaded or unloaded and the rail dock removed the blower is switched off and the unit deflates with help from shock cords that pull the unit back against the wall. The shock cords are then stretched across the unit face to secure it. The air shelter can be equipped with angle brackets or attached to the bottom of a metal hood for added support.

The Perma Pit has two sides, a back and a front curb angle that act as a concrete form. This permanent pit form allows for a neat and clean appearance. Everything is there to form the pit to the right size which eliminates costly mistakes. The Perma Pit bolts together using six bolts which makes it quick and easy to set up, saving time and money. No time is wasted returning to the site to strip wood forms. The Perma Pit system is inexpensive as compared to the materials and labor required to form a conventional pit for a dock leveler.

Perma Tech high capacity fan provides powerful ventilation and cooling solution for the dock, warehouse or trailer. Each fan is supplied with a “Y" cord that enables the fan to be used separately or in conjunction with most Perma dock light heads and is available in 40" or 60" arm lengths.

NO POWER NECESSARY
Certain applications, such as chemical handling facilities or grain storage locations, involve explosive substances and require limited interaction with electrical devices:the ML10 is a safe and reliable restraining device for these situations because of its entirely mechanical operation.

The XDS prevents forklift roll-off and overhead door damage at the loading dock. This XDS unit is a two-in-one combination of the dock leveler and safety guard, and it remains at the forefront of dock safety technology today.

LOADING DOCK SAFETY WHERE IT'S NEEDED MOST
In theory, a loading dock's overhead doors should be closed when loading or unloading is not taking place. In practice, doors are often left open while the dock leveler is parked, either to let cool air in or get rid of noxious air that has built up throughout the day.

When the XDS is in the parked position, the Door and Dock Guard (DDG) sits 7 1/2″ (191 mm) above ground level, deterring accidental forklift roll-off. When the door is closed, the DDG remains in place, protecting it from impact damage that could result in security risk and expensive downtime.
